Section Env-A 624.07 - Duration of BACT Determinations(a) At the time a significant modification is made or, if no significant modification is made, no later than 7 years after the date of issuance of the permit, the owner or operator of an affected source shall perform a new BACT analysis and submit it to the department.(b) If as a result of the BACT analysis the department establishes any BACT limit that is more stringent than the existing BACT limit, the source shall comply with the new limit(s) within 3 years of the date the limit is established.N.H.
