Section Env-A 619.08 - Increment Consumption(a) The department shall periodically perform a review of increases in pollutant concentrations over the baseline concentration, as that term is defined in 40 CFR §52.21 (b)(13), to determine whether the ambient air increments, as established in 40 CFR §52.21 (c), have been violated in any PSD area within the state.(b) Within 60 days of the discovery of a violation of an ambient air increment, as established in 40 CFR 52.21(c), the department shall submit to the administrator a plan for insuring that the violation shall be mitigated as soon as possible.N.H.
