Section Env-A 609.16 - Permit Renewal and Expiration Date Established(a) Each title V operating permit shall be issued for a period of 5 years and may be renewed in accordance with Env-A 609.18.(b) The amendment or modification of a title V operating permit shall not affect the permit expiration date contained in the permit.(c) The acid rain portion of a title V operating permit shall be issued for a period of 5 years and shall be renewed in accordance with Env-A 611.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-A 609.16
