Section Env-A 609.05 - Permit Content: Title V Operating Permits(a) Each title V operating permit issued by the department shall establish the parameters under which the source or device to which it applies shall be operated. Upon issuance of a title V operating permit, the owner or operator shall comply with all such terms and conditions.(b) Each title V operating permit issued under this chapter shall contain all of the elements required by 40 CFR §70.6 (a) through (c), except that the expiration date and frequency of renewal of each title V operating permit shall be as specified in Env-A 609.16.(c) Except as provided in 40 CFR §70, each title V operating permit issued under this part shall include a permit shield as specified in Env-A 609.09.N.H.
