Section Env-A 601.03 - Compliance Required; Designation of Agent Allowed(a) The owner or operator of a stationary source, area source, or device shall comply with applicable statutory requirements in RSA 125-C and the requirements of this chapter relative to applying for, obtaining, and maintaining a permit.(b) The owner or operator may designate an agent to act as an applicant in order to comply with any application requirements found in this chapter.N.H.
