Section Env-A 505.01 - National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Source Categories The owner or operator of any stationary source that emits a hazardous air pollutant listed pursuant to Section 112(b) of the Clean Air Act shall comply with the following provisions of 40 CFR 63, National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Source Categories, as applicable, unless a title V permit with equivalent terms has been issued for such source in accordance with 40 CFR § 63.94:
