Section Env-A 502.01 - References(a) For the purpose of this chapter, unless otherwise specified all references to 40 CFR 60, 40 CFR 61, 40 CFR 62, or 40 CFR 63 shall be to the July 1, 2021 edition.(b) If any requirement specified in Env-A 503.01, Env-A 504.01, Env-A 505.01, or Env-A 506.01 is inconsistent with any requirement specified in other provisions of Env-A 100 et seq., NH Rules Governing the Control of Air Pollution, the more stringent requirement shall control.N.H.
