Section Env-A 4805.03 - Transfer of CO[2] Allowances

The regional organization shall transfer the corresponding CO₂ allowances to a successful bidder's compliance or general account, as specified by the bidder, upon receipt of:

(a) Notification from the department that the department has received the report from the auction monitor; and

(b) Payment in full by the successful bidder.
