Section Env-A 4804.04 - Notice of Intent to Bid

Any person wishing to participate in a CO₂ allowance auction shall submit a notice of intent to bid:

(a) In the format specified in the CO₂ allowance auction notice; and

(b) By the deadline specified in the CO₂ allowance auction notice.
