Section Env-A 4711.02 - Required Submittal of Monitoring and Verification Reports

(a) For that portion of an CO₂ offset project completed prior to January 1, 2009, the project sponsor shall submit the monitoring and verification report covering the pre-2009 period by December 31, 2009.

(b) For on-going CO₂ offset projects and CO₂ offset projects initiated on or after January 1, 2009, the project sponsor shall submit a monitoring and verification report by the later of December 31, 2009 or within 6 months following the completion of the last calendar year during which the offset project achieved CO₂ equivalent reductions or sequestration of CO₂ for which the project sponsor seeks the award of CO₂ offset allowances.
