Section Env-A 4709.04 - Market Penetration Determination The market penetration determination shall:
(a) Use the most recent market data available at the time of submission of the consistency application under Env-A 4704; and(b) Be determined as follows: (1) "MGAD" means the average annual manure generation for the number of dairy cows and swine serving all anaerobic digester projects in the applicable state at the time of submission of a consistency application pursuant to Env-A 4704;(2) "MGSTATE" means the average annual manure generation for all dairy cows and swine in the state at the time of submission of a consistency application pursuant to Env-A 4704; and(3) Market penetration (MP), expressed as a percent, equals MGAD divided by MGSTATE, as shown in the following equation: MP (percent) = MGAD / MGSTATE X 100
