Section Env-A 4705.02 - Eligible Landfills

The offset project shall occur at a landfill that is not required to flare emissions under the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for municipal solid waste landfills, 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart Cc and Subpart WWW.
