Section Env-A 4703.07 - Inspections and Compliance(a) Project sponsors shall provide to the department access to the physical location of the offset project to inspect for compliance with the requirements of this chapter. For offset projects located in any state that is not a participating state, project sponsors shall also provide the cooperating department with access to the physical location of the offset project to inspect for compliance with this chapter.(b) If at any time after the award of CO2 offset allowances the department receives credible information that a project sponsor has not complied with the requirements of this chapter or that an offset project does not comply with the requirements of this chapter, the department shall notify the original project sponsor and anyone who currently holds allowances awarded based on the project that the allowances shall not be available for compliance purposes. The notice shall also inform the recipients of the opportunity to request a hearing in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541-A and Env-C 200 applicable to adjudicative proceedings.N.H.
