Section Env-A 4703.01 - CO[2] Offset Project Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the award of CO₂ offset allowances, an offset project shall satisfy all the applicable requirements of this part, in addition to any project-specific requirements specified in Env-A 4705 through Env-A 4709.
