Section Env-A 4702.37 - Reversal or GHG reversal

"Reversal" or "GHG reversal" means a destruction or discontinuance of a GHG emission reduction or GHG removal enhancement, for which CO₂ offset allowances have been issued, that results in a subsequent release or emission of GHG back into the atmosphere at a level exceeding the reduction for which the offset allowance was issued.
