Section Env-A 4702.20 - Global warming potential (GWP)

"Global warming potential (GWP)" means a measure of the radiative efficiency or heat-absorbing ability of a particular gas relative to that of CO₂ after taking into account the decay rate, or the amount removed from the atmosphere over a given number of years, of each gas relative to that of CO₂.
