Section Env-A 4609.19 - CO[2] Emissions Due to the Firing of Eligible Biomass Alone

The CO₂ emissions due to firing of eligible biomass by itself and not co-fired with another fuel, shall be as measured and recorded by the continuous emissions monitor during all periods when firing eligible biomass alone.
