Section Env-A 4606.03 - Budget Allowances Available for Allocation

(a) For allocation years 2019 through 2025, the New Hampshire CO₂ budget trading program adjusted budget shall be the maximum number of allowances available for allocation in a given allocation year, excluding CO₂offset allowances and CO₂CCR allowances.

(b) For allocation years 2026 through 2030, and each succeeding calendar year, the New Hampshire CO₂ budget trading program base budget shall be the maximum number of allowances available for allocation in a given allocation year, excluding CO₂ offset allowances and CO₂ CCR allowances.
