Section Env-A 4602.65 - Recordation

"Recordation" means, with regard to CO₂ allowances, the movement of CO₂ allowances by the regional organization from one CO₂ allowance tracking system account to another, for purposes of allocation, transfer, or deduction. The term includes "record" when used as a verb and "recorded" as appropriate.
