Section Env-A 4602.33 - Compliance account

"Compliance account" means a CO₂ allowance tracking system account, established by the regional organization for a CO₂ budget source under Env-A 4607, in which the CO₂ allowance allocations for the source are initially recorded, and in which are held CO₂ allowances available for use by the source for a control period and each interim control period for the purpose of meeting the requirements of Env-A 4605.
