Section Env-A 4602.20 - CO[2] allowance tracking system account

"CO₂ allowance tracking system account" means an account in the CO₂ allowance tracking system established by the regional organization for purposes of recording the allocation, holding, transferring, or deducting of CO₂ allowances.
