Section Env-A 4305.01 - Testing Required

The owner or operator shall conduct initial and subsequent performance testing at each existing OSWI unit for which the owner or operator is responsible to determine compliance with the emissions limits specified in table 4303-1 for the following pollutants and parameters:

(a) Particulate matter;

(b) Opacity;

(c) Cadmium;

(d) Lead;

(e) Mercury;

(f) Hydrogen chloride; and

(g) Dioxins/furans.
