Section Env-A 4202.04 - Antifouling coating "Antifouling coating" means a coating that is:
(a) Formulated and labeled for application to submerged stationary structures and their appurtenances to prevent or reduce the attachment of marine or freshwater biological organisms; and(b) Registered as an antifouling coating with the state under RSA 430:36 and with the EPA under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. §§136 et seq.N.H.
