Section Env-A 4104.45 - Silicone-based multi-purpose lubricant

"Silicone-based multi-purpose lubricant" means any lubricant that is designed and labeled to reduce friction primarily through the use of silicone compounds including but not limited to polydimethylsiloxane, and that is designed and labeled for general purpose lubrication or for use in a wide variety of applications. The term does not include products designed and labeled exclusively to release manufactured products from molds.
