Section Env-A 4102.29 - Bug and tar remover"Bug and tar remover" means a product designed to remove either or both of the following from painted motor vehicle surfaces without causing damage to the finish:
(a) Biological-type residues, such as insect carcasses and tree sap; or(b) Road grime, such as road tar, roadway paint markings, and asphalt.N.H. Admin. Code § Env-A 4102.29
