Section Env-A 3506.01 - Operator Training(a) No owner or operator of a HMIWI unit subject to this chapter shall allow the HMIWI unit to operate at any time unless a fully trained and qualified HMIWI operator is accessible, either at the facility or available within one hour. The trained and qualified HMIWI operator may operate the HMIWI directly or be the direct supervisor of one or more HMIWI operators.(b) Operator training shall be obtained through a state-approved program, such as that provided pursuant to Env-Sw 1600.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-A 3506.01
