Section Env-A 3218.03 - Audit Results

Should an audit result in recommendations for program revisions, the division shall:

(a) Consider, in consultation with the OTC, the audit recommendations; and

(b) Propose the appropriate program revisions as changes to current procedures or modifications to this regulation.
