Section Env-A 3216.03 - ContentThe compliance certification shall contain the following information:
(a) Identification of the budget source, including: (b) A statement whether emissions data has been submitted to the NETS: (1) In accordance with the procedures established in Env-A 3214; and(2) In conformance with the requirements of the NETS administrator;(c) A statement whether the budget source: (1) Operated in compliance with the allowances allocated for the control period, including those obtained through transfer by the allowance transfer deadline;(2) Holds sufficient allowances in its compliance account and overdraft account for the control period, as of the allowance transfer deadline, to equal or exceed the recorded emissions for the control period; and(3) Was actually operated and maintained in accordance with the applicable monitoring plan;(d) A statement of certification that all emissions from the budget source were accounted for, either through: (1) The applicable monitoring; or(2) Application of the appropriate missing data procedures; and(e) A statement to indicate whether there were any changes during the current year in the method of: (1) Operation of the budget source; or(2) Monitoring the budgetsSource.N.H.
