Section Env-A 3208.04 - Treatment of Banked Allowances(a) Any allowances deposited before January 1, 2012 that have not been used or retired shall be retired on the effective date of the 2015 readoption of this chapter.(b) Any allowances banked on or after January 1, 2012 shall be retired at the end of 3 years after their designated year of allocation.N.H.
