Section Env-A 3203.24 - End-use efficiency projects" End-use efficiency projects" means those power conservation projects that:
(a) Are implemented by, or on behalf of, a consumer of electric power in New Hampshire; (b) Reduce consumers' consumption of power;(c) Were installed after May 1, 1999;(d) Are in operation in the control period for which allowances from the energy efficiency and renewable energy set-aside under Env-A 3205.06 are claimed; and(e) Correspond to no less than one ton of utility NOx emissions reductions either individually or when aggregated with other similar projects.N.H.
