Section Env-A 3107.02 - Quantification Protocols(a) If an EPA-approved quantification protocol exists for a given application, it may be used.(b) If a credit generator wishes to deviate to some extent from an approved protocol, or develop a new protocol, the generator shall do so in accordance with guidance set forth by USEPA, and USEPA approval need not be obtained in advance, however, USEPA reserves the right to reject the protocol and any resulting credits whether or not the protocol was followed.N.H.
