Section Env-A 3006.04 - Allowable Use

Stationary sources may use ERCs, upon division approval, to satisfy any requirement under the Act or RSA 125-C for:

(a) Offsets;

(b) RACT;

(c) Bubbling; and

(d) RESERVED.
