Section Env-A 2907.10 - Certification Applications(a) The AAR shall submit an application to the department within 45 days after completing all initial certification or recertification tests.(b) The application submitted pursuant to (a), above, shall include the information required under 40 CFR 75, Subpart H.N.H.
