Section Env-A 2907.08 - Recordkeeping and Reporting of Transactions Required(a) The AAR shall comply with all recordkeeping and reporting requirements relative to acquisitions and transfers of allowances specified in this part and in Env-A 2905.(b) Any submission made in accordance with 40 CFR 75, Subpart F or Subpart G that includes data and information required under this part or under 40 CFR 75, Subpart H, shall be signed by both the AAR and the designated representative as defined in Env-A 100.
