Section Env-A 2905.07 - Use of Allowances by Utilities

As provided in RSA 125-J:5II, XI, the use of allowances by a utility, as defined in RSA 362:2, shall be subject to such additional conditions as are ordered by the New Hampshire public utilities commission pursuant to its authority.
