Section Env-A 2904.01 - SO[2] Budget

(a) Subject to (b), below, the annual SO budget shall be determined by multiplying the combined baseline power generation from the affected sources by 3.0 pounds per MWh.

(b) The annual SO budget shall be no more than 7,289 tons.
