Section Env-A 1810.05 - Optional Information for Applications(a) Any applicant for an abatement entity license under this part that has business liability insurance or is bonded, or both, for work done under the license may submit proof of such insurance or bond, or both, with the application.(b) If proof of insurance or bond, or both, is submitted with the application and the application is approved, the department shall note that the licensee has represented that work done under the license is covered by insurance or a bond, or both, as applicable.N.H.
