Section Env-A 1809.07 - Application Processing(a) The department shall process applications in accordance with RSA 541-A:29.(b) The department shall deny any application that:(1) Does not include the information required by Env-A 1809.02 and Env-A 1809.03; or(2) Contains false or misleading material information.(c) The department shall notify the applicant of its decision in writing. If the application is denied, the notice shall specify the reason(s) for denial and be sent to the applicant by certified mail.(d) If the applicant wishes to appeal the decision, the applicant shall file such appeal following the procedures set forth in Env-A 1809.10.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-A 1809.07
