Section Env-A 1805.10 - Specific Requirements for Demolition(a) Prior to any demolition, including by intentional burning, of a structure or portion of a structure, all ACM shall be removed in accordance with the applicable provisions of this chapter, subject to (b) below.(b) For clearance air sampling as described in Env-A 1805.09, an acceptable result shall be 0.10 fibers of length greater than 5 microns per cubic centimeter of air as determined by phase contrast optical microscopy, performed as described in "Asbestos and Other Fibers by PCM: Method 7400, Issue 2", NIOSH Manual of Analytical Methods (NMAM), Fourth Edition, 8/15/94, available as noted in Appendix B.N.H.
