Section Env-A 1803.07 - Determination of the Potential for Significant Human Exposure As a result of an inspection under RSA 141-E:8 or RSA 141-E:13, the department shall determine that there is a potential for significant human exposure if:
(a) There is an increase in the proximity of friable ACM to an air plenum or direct air stream;(b) There is an increase in the visibility and accessibility of friable ACM to building occupants and maintenance workers; or(c) An increase or change in the degree of activity in or around the building increases the risk the friable ACM will be released into the air, including air movement, vibration, installing new machinery, and moving of building occupants.N.H.
