Section Env-A 1606.03 - Limitations on Use of Non-Conforming Fuels(a) A determination to allow the use of non-conforming fuel issued pursuant to this part shall be valid for the period specified in the determination, not to exceed 90 days from the date of issuance.(b) If the supply of conforming fuel remains insufficient at the expiration of the determination, a supplier may submit a new request.N.H.
