Section Env-A 1504.05 - Conformity to State and Federal Implementation Plans(a) Pursuant to §176(c)(1) of the Act, no applicable federal entity shall engage in, support in any way including providing financial assistance for, or license, permit, or otherwise approve any activity that does not conform to the SIP or FIP developed pursuant to §110 and §171 through §185 of the Act.(b) Such determination that a federal activity conforms to the SIP or FIP shall be made in accordance with §176 of the Act and 40 CFR 93, Subpart B.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-A 1504.05
