Section Env-A 1503.03 - Conformity to State and Federal Implementation Plans(a) All transportation plans, programs, and projects developed, funded, or approved by the state of New Hampshire shall conform to the SIP or federal implementation plan (FIP) developed pursuant to §110 and §§171 through 193 of the Act.(b) Conformity determinations shall be made in accordance with §176 of the Act and 40 CFR 93, Subpart A.N.H. Code Admin. R. Env-A 1503.03
