Section Env-A 1413.01 - Sources of Hazardous Air Pollutants Subject to section 112 of the Act

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as modifying or eliminating the obligation of any source of hazardous air pollutants that is subject to §112 of the Clean Air Act to comply with those requirements.
