Section Env-A 1411.03 - Publication of Notice of the RTAP List(a) As required by RSA 125-:4, VI, the department shall submit notice of the RTAP list for publication in the New Hampshire Rulemaking Register and any revisions to the list shall not take effect until such publication. (b) At that time, and annually thereafter, the department shall publish the list on the department's website.(c) The department shall make the list available to any person who requests it.N.H.
