Section Env-A 1403.01 - Compliance with Ambient Air Limits Required(a) The owner or operator of any process or device at a stationary source subject to this chapter shall manage emissions of RTAPs such that the concentrations of RTAPs in ambient air resulting from those emissions shall not exceed the AALs for those RTAPs at and beyond the compliance boundary for the stationary source.(b) If the department revises the list of RTAPs or their respective AALs as set forth in Table 1450-1 in Env-A 1450.01, or revises compliance boundary criteria as set forth in Env-A 1404.07, the owner or operator of an existing stationary source, process or device shall comply with (a) above for any revised AAL, RTAP or compliance boundary either:(1) Within 90 days of notice of such final revision in the New Hampshire Rulemaking Register; or(2) On the schedule of a compliance plan approved in accordance with Env-A 1406.02.N.H.
