Section Env-A 1310.02 - Emission Standards for Wallboard Manufacturing Facilities(a) Any wallboard dryer, calcining mill, calciner, or gypsum rock dryer shall comply with the applicable NOx RACT requirements specified in Env-A 1310.03 and Env-A 1310.04.(b) For purposes of Env-A 1310.03 and Env-A 1310.04, NOx RACT control technology shall be: (1) The installation, operation, and maintenance of low NOx burners (LNB); or(2) The installation, operation, and maintenance of air pollution control equipment or an air pollution control process having equivalent or greater NOx removal efficiency as LNB, as approved by the department and EPA as described in Env-A 1315 relative to NOx RACT orders.N.H.
