Section Env-A 1307.01 - Applicability(a) All stationary internal combustion engines meeting the applicability criteria of Env-A 1301.02(f) and (l) shall be subject to this part.(b) Stationary internal combustion engines excluded from Env-A 1301.02(f) because they are used as emergency generators shall be subject to Env-A 1311 in lieu of this part if they meet the applicability criteria of Env-A 1301.02(j).N.H.
