Section Env-A 1305.03 - RACT Requirements for Industrial Boilers with Heat Input Rates Less than 100 Million Btu Per Hour(a) Any industrial boiler having a heat input rate of at least 50 million Btu per hour but less than 100 million Btu per hour shall comply with the applicable NOx RACT requirements specified in Env-A 1305.04 through Env-A 1305.08.(b) For purposes of Env-A 1305.05 through Env-A 1305.07, NOx RACT control technology shall be: (1) The installation, operation, and maintenance of low NOx burners (LNB); or(2) The installation, operation, and maintenance of air pollution control equipment or an air pollution control process having equivalent or greater NOx removal efficiency as LNB, as approved by the department and EPA as described in Env-A 1315 relative to NOx RACT orders.N.H.
