Section Env-A 1304.03 - RACT Requirements(a) Any steam electric boiler having a heat input rate of at least 50 million Btu per hour but less than 100 million Btu per hour shall comply with the applicable NOx RACT requirements specified in Env-A 1305.03, for the applicable fuel type and fuel-firing design.(b) Any steam electric boiler having a heat input rate of 100 million Btu per hour or more shall comply with the applicable NOx RACT requirements specified in Env-A 1305.09 for the applicable fuel type and fuel-firing design.N.H.
